KinetiSense Software

The KinetiSense software interface provides a method for researchers to easily collect, store and analyze motion and EMG data. Tools are included for easy management of subject information and data files, a real-time data display and options for data analysis. Data saved to on board memory is also downloaded and erased through the software.

The Real Time Data section of the software displays and saves raw motion data and RMS processed EMG data. Six channels of motion data are displayed for each Motion Sensor used along with two channels of EMG. The user has the ability to view channels individually in the form of amplitude over time or frequency over time as well as apply filters and add notations.


The Review Saved Data section provides an interface to review and analyze saved data files. Channels can be viewed simultaneously or individually. An amplitude and frequency analysis is also available along with the ability to add notes to different segments of motion and EMG data. If more custom analysis is necessary, data can be exported to ASCII file format for easy import into third party packages.
