The iPSG™ inpatient PSG sleep monitoring system complements CleveMed’s line of wireless sleep monitors, including Crystal Monitor^® PSG Series, Sapphire PSG^™, and SleepScout^™. With the network-based iPSG^™ upgrade, any of CleveMed's wireless sleep diagnostic equipment becomes a remotely attended PSG system ideal for testing patients in any hospital location, including hospital inpatient rooms, pediatric units and cardiac units. With this network-based upgrade, the technologist can remotely monitor sleep signals from almost any location. A doctor can then use this information to diagnose sleep disorders.

Transferring the signal rather than the patient is a safe and practical option for improving patient care by allowing the appropriate skilled nursing staff to care for the patient’s other medical conditions, while a sleep technologist monitors the PSG study from a different location. Because the PSG testing is not postponed until the patient is discharged and scheduled for a return study, testing and treatment for the sleep disorder are expedited.

The portable sleep monitoring system includes pole style cart, video camera, all in one PC, and software that integrates with the Crystal PSG software. iPSG is designed to integrate into your existing network infrastructure and HIPAA compliance strategy. CleveMed will work with your IT staff to integrate iPSG with your existing hospital network.
